Cancellation Policy

At Nubian Beauty Bar, we value your time and ask that you respect ours. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Each client is allowed one complimentary reschedule, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Any additional reschedules after the complimentary one will require a $45 rescheduling fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule. Late arrivals will be considered a missed appointment if we are unable to accommodate them. Same-day cancellations, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If Nubian Beauty Bar must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment at no additional cost. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
